Dry cleaning solvent (Item 16, WP 0121-00)
Warm soapy water
WARNING
Disconnect air conditioner power supply.
WARNING
Clean parts in well-ventilated area. Avoid inhalation of solvent fumes and prolonged
exposure of skin to cleaning solvent. Wash exposed skin thoroughly. Dry cleaning
solvent, P-D-680 Type III, which is used to clean parts, is potentially dangerous to
personnel and property. Avoid repeated and prolonged skin contact. Do not use near
open flame or excessive heat. Flash point of solvent is 100F to 138F (38C to
59C).
INSPECTION
Visually inspect the housing for cleanliness, nicks, gouges, dents, bare spots in paint or other defects.
SERVICE
1.
If cleaning is required, wipe off dirt or grime with a cloth moistened with warm soapy water or dry cleaning solvent
(Item 16, WP 0121-00).
2.
Report any necessary repairs to general maintenance personnel.
