14. Install idler assembly (Figure 1, Item 3) onto bracket (Figure 1, Item 4).
NOTE
Ensure raised side of washer faces bearing.
15. Install pulley (Figure 1, Item 7) onto idler assembly (Figure 1, Item 3) and secure using one washer (Figure 1,
Item 6) and new lock nut (Figure 1, Item 5).
16. Install tensioner adjustment bolt (Figure 1, Item 1) and washer (Figure 1, Item 2) through bracket (Figure 1, Item
4) and into idler assembly (Figure 1, Item 3).
NOTE
Adjustment of the tensioner adjustment bolt will be accomplished during the
reinstallation of the engine to compressor V-belt.
17. Install engine to compressor V-belt (WP 0037, Install).
18. Install and check tension of engine to compressor V-belt (WP 0037, Install).
19. Install muffler (WP 0039, Install).
20. Install top-middle panel (WP 0013, Install).
21. Install top-right panel (WP 0013, Install).
22. Place MTRCS back into desired mode of operation (TM 10-8415-222-10, Operating Procedures).
