NOTE
If the MTRCS is being jumped from equipment with a 12VDC system, run the
equipment while attempting to start the MTRCS. If the good battery has been
removed from equipment or a vehicle (for example, when using the battery
from a 24VDC vehicle), ensure the batter has been fully charged before
removal. If the MTRCS does not start after placing the POWER switch to ON,
it will be necessary to allow the good battery to charge either by placing on a
charger or running the vehicle or equipment for a few minutes before trying
again the start MTRCS.
11. On MTRCS control panel (Figure 2, Item 1), place POWER ON/DOWN switch (Figure 2, Item 2) to ON position
and follow normal operating instructions (TM 10-8415-222-10, Operating Procedures).
If MTRCS starts, proceed to step 15.
If MTRCS does not start, proceed to step 12.
