CAUTION
The logic board will be destroyed if either terminal A1 or A3 is grounded. Terminal A2
is ground. Since these terminals are only 1/16 inch apart, extreme caution should be
taken to ensure neither A1 or A3 touches A2.
NOTE
When replacing a microprocessor it is important to check that the configurations are
compatible for the unit into which it will be installed. All configuration fields should be
viewed before starting the unit, this may be done using the microprocessor keypad.
11. To access the configuration settings, place a jumper wire between terminals A1 and A3 (Figure 15) using an
insulated jumper wire.

12. Move the main power switch (RS) to the ON position.
13. Move the MCD panel ON/OFF switch to ON (Figure 16, item 1).
