TEST
1. Remove CDT sensor (Figure 1, Item 2) per this WP.
3. Place sensor in bucket of ice water. Stir rapidly.
NOTE
Due to variations and inaccuracies in ohmmeters, thermometers or other test
equipment, a reading within 2% +/- variance of the chart value would indicate a good
sensor.
4. Measure ohms and convert to temperature using Table 1.
Ohms reading should read about 327,000 or 32F (0C). If not, replace CDT sensor per this WP.
If ohms reading is within allowable limits, continue to step 5.
