REPAIR
MTRCS Skin Patch Repair
WARNING
MTRCS doors are very heavy and solid objects. Make sure that doors are secured to
the frame of the container when open. Wind gusts can be strong enough to slam the
doors shut with great force causing serious injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
The following procedure is applicable to panel patch repair of both interior and
exterior skin damage.
Skin repairs to the MTRCS container will require recertification of the container.
1. Open left and right rear doors by first pushing cam handles away from each other (TM 10-8415-222-10,
Unloading).
2. Open right door completely and secure to side of container with attached door chain (TM 10-8415-222-10,
Unloading).
3. Open left door completely and secure to side of container with attached door chain (TM 10-8415-222-10,
Unloading).
