4. Install new FLR (Figure 7, Item 1), 1EMR (Figure 7, Item 2), or 2EMR (Figure 7, Item 3) relay by reinstalling the
two screws (Figure 7, Item 5) and washers (Figure 7, Item 6).
5. Reconnect the 6 wires (Figure 7, Item 4) to the relay as tagged.
6. Reconnect battery negative (-) terminal (WP 0053, Connect).
7. Operate unit in accordance with normal operating procedures to verify proper operation after replacement of
time delay (TM 10-8415-222-10, Operating Procedures).
8. Place MTRCS back into desired mode of operation (TM 10-8415-222-10, Operating Procedures).
Panel Assembly Replace (Overload Protector (OL) and Motor Contactor (MC))
1. Locate overload protector (Figure 8, Item 1) and record the current dial position (Figure 8, Item 2) on the face of
the device.
2. Tag and remove six wires (Figure 8, Item 3) from the top of the OL (Figure 8, Item 1).
3. Tag and remove three large wires and three small wires (Figure 8, Item 4) from the bottom of the MC (Figure 8,
Item 5).
4. Remove three nuts (Figure 8, Item 6) and three washers (Figure 8, Item 7) from the panel assembly (Figure 8,
Item 8).
5. Remove nut (Figure 8, Item 9), washer (Figure 8, Item 10), and ground wire (Figure 8, Item 11) from the panel
assembly (Figure 8, Item 8).
6. Pull panel assembly (Figure 8, Item 8) off mounting studs.
