6. Reconnect battery negative (-) terminal (WP 0053, Connect).
7. Operate unit in accordance with normal operating procedures to verify proper operation after replacement of
time delay (TM 10-8415-222-10, Operating Procedures).
8. Place MTRCS back into desired mode of operation (TM 10-8415-222-10, Operating Procedures).
Flashing Relay and Electric Motor Relay Replace
1. Locate flashing relay (FLR) (Figure 7, Item 1), electric motor relay 1EMR (Figure 7, Item 2), and 2EMR
(Figure 7, Item 3) on the back panel.
2. Tag and remove 6 wires (Figure 7, Item 4) on the relay.
3. Remove two screws (Figure 7, Item 5), washers (Figure 7, Item 6) and FLR (Figure 7, Item 1), 1EMR (Figure 7,
Item 2), or 2EMR (Figure 7, Item 3) relay.
