Evaporator Heater Relay Replace
1. Locate 1EHR (Figure 6, Item 1) and 2EHR (Figure 6, Item 2) relays on the back panel.
2. Tag and remove 8 wires (Figure 6, Item 3) on the 1EHR or 2EHR relay.
3. Remove four screws (Figure 6, Item 4), washers (Figure 6, Item 5) and 1EHR (Figure 6, Item 1) or 2EHR
(Figure 6, Item 2) relay.
4. Install new 1EHR (Figure 6, Item 1) or 2EHR (Figure 6, Item 2) relay by reinstalling the four screws (Figure 6,
Item 4) and washers (Figure 6, Item 5).
5. Reconnect the 8 wires (Figure 6, Item 4) to the relay as tagged.
